If you created an account in the WONE — AI Career Platform app (published by Djigui Corporation), you can request that your account and personal data be deleted at any time using either method below.
Option 1 — Delete in the app or on the web (logged in)
- Sign in to WONE on mobile or at woneapp.com
- Go to Settings → Profile (web: Dashboard → Profile)
- Open the Delete your WONE account section
- Tap or click Delete Account
- Type DELETE to confirm
Option 2 — Request by email
Send an account deletion request to info@djiguicorporation.org with the subject line:
Account Deletion Request — WONE
Include the email address associated with your WONE account so we can locate and delete it.
What happens after you request deletion
- Your profile, documents, applications, job runs, and related personal data are permanently deleted.
- Active subscriptions tied to the account are cancelled as part of deletion.
- We confirm that all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of a valid request.
- Some billing records may be retained only as required by law (without using them for other purposes).
Confirmation: Djigui Corporation will permanently delete your WONE — AI Career Platform account data within 30 days of receiving a valid deletion request.
