1. Free Trial

All W1 subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

2. Subscription Charges

After your trial ends, your payment method is charged $4.99/month (Monthly) or $39.99/year (Annual). Charges appear as "WONE APP" on your statement.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full W1 access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under these conditions only:

  • You were charged after cancelling before trial end β†’ Full refund, no questions asked
  • You contact us within 48 hours of your first charge β†’ Full refund, one time per account
  • Documented technical failure preventing app access for more than 72 consecutive hours β†’ Pro-rated refund for downtime period

We do not offer refunds for: change of mind after 48 hours of charge; partial use of subscription period; forgetting to cancel before trial ends; accounts with policy violations.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@woneapp.com with subject: "Refund Request β€” [your email]". Include: reason, date of charge, and transaction ID. We respond within 2 business days.

6. Apple App Store Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com

7. Google Play Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy. Request refunds through the Google Play app.

8. Abuse Prevention

WONE reserves the right to deny refunds to accounts that abuse the trial system (multiple accounts, repeated subscribe/refund cycles). Accounts with chargebacks may be permanently suspended.
