1. Introduction

Welcome to WONE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WONE LLC ("WONE," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the WONE mobile application, website (woneapp.com), and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. About WONE

WONE is an AI-powered career intelligence platform designed to help job seekers find employment, prepare for interviews, manage applications, and make informed relocation decisions. WONE is not a recruiting agency, staffing firm, or employer. We provide tools and AI-generated insights to help you navigate your career journey more effectively.

Our core services include:

  • AI Agent Pipeline β€” Analyze any job posting URL and receive a match score, company intelligence, tailored cover letter, and interview coaching within 60 seconds.
  • Resume and Document Builder β€” AI-assisted resume, cover letter, and portfolio creation tailored to specific roles.
  • Application Tracker β€” Track the status of every job application from saved to offer.
  • Relocation Intelligence β€” City and country guides with cost of living, salary data, cultural insights, and career market scores.
  • W1 Premium β€” An enhanced subscription tier with unlimited agent runs, recruiter visibility, and advanced relocation tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use WONE. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 16 years old, or older if required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

WONE reserves the right to terminate accounts found to violate age requirements without notice.

4. Your Account

4.1 Account Creation

To access most features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You may authenticate using our one-time password (OTP) system sent to your email, or using biometric authentication on supported mobile devices after initial setup.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Keep your authentication credentials secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately at support@woneapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.
  • Use your real identity. Impersonating another person or creating fictitious profiles is prohibited.

4.3 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time through the Account settings in the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Free Tier

WONE offers a free tier that includes 5 AI agent runs per month, basic application tracking, access to relocation country profiles, and support for English, French, and Spanish.

5.2 W1 Premium

W1 is our premium subscription tier available at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. You can use WONE Free indefinitely and subscribe to W1 when you are ready β€” no trial is required.

W1 Premium includes:

  • Unlimited AI agent runs per month.
  • Featured profile visibility to recruiters on the WONE platform.
  • Full relocation intelligence including career and relocation deep-dive data.
  • Priority match scoring and advanced application analytics.
  • Resume version history and document management.
  • Access to the W1 community and dedicated support.

5.3 Billing

When you subscribe to W1, your chosen payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Account settings, and your W1 access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Services, please contact us at support@woneapp.com and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WONE only for lawful purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Services.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or WONE staff.
  • Posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or violates any law.
  • Circumventing any security, access control, or rate-limiting measure.
  • Using the Services to facilitate illegal activity of any kind.
  • Sharing your account with third parties or reselling access to the Services.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action where necessary.

7. AI-Generated Content

WONE uses artificial intelligence to generate match scores, cover letters, interview tips, company intelligence, and relocation insights. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice.
  • Match scores and job fit assessments are estimates based on the information you provide and publicly available job data. They do not guarantee employment outcomes.
  • Company intelligence, ghost job signals, and relocation data are derived from available data sources and may not always be current or accurate.
  • You should use your own judgment when making career and relocation decisions and consult relevant professionals as needed.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 WONE's Rights

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with WONE and the Services are owned by WONE LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any WONE content without our prior written consent.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to WONE, including your profile, resume, portfolio, and documents. By submitting content to WONE, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

We will never sell your personal content to third parties or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using WONE, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WONE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES, INTERVIEW SUCCESS, OR RELOCATION SATISFACTION AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WONE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WONE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WONE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Kent County, Delaware. If you reside in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those protections are not waived by these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
