1. License Grant
WONE LLC ("WONE," "we," "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the WONE mobile application (the "App") on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and our Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App.
- Use the App for any commercial purpose or for any public display without our written consent.
- Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent, or otherwise distribute the App to any third party.
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork, and computer code, is owned by WONE LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. This EULA does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the App.
4. Updates and Changes
WONE may from time to time develop and provide updates to the App, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches, and other error corrections or new features (collectively, "Updates"). Updates may also modify or delete features. You agree that WONE has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular feature.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms and privacy policies:
- Supabase β Authentication and database services.
- Anthropic β AI language model powering our agent features.
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store β App distribution and in-app purchases where applicable.
We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services beyond our contractual agreements with them.
6. Device Permissions
The App may request certain device permissions to provide its features:
- Camera and Photo Library β For uploading a profile photo.
- Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint) β For secure, passwordless sign-in. Biometric data never leaves your device.
- Notifications β For interview reminders, agent completion alerts, and W1 trial notifications.
- Clipboard β To paste job URLs into the agent input field.
You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit app functionality.
7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Termination does not limit any of WONE's rights or remedies at law or in equity.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WONE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WONE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. WONE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kent County, Delaware.
