Delete your WONE account and all associated data

Data Deletion

WONE users can request deletion of their account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your data:

  1. Open the WONE app or visit woneapp.com/dashboard/profile
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page
  3. Tap "Danger Zone" section
  4. Tap "Delete my account permanently"
  5. Type DELETE to confirm
  6. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately

What gets deleted:

  • Your profile and personal information
  • All documents (resumes, cover letters)
  • All applications and job runs
  • All check-ins and analytics data
  • Your subscription (cancelled immediately)

What is retained:

  • Billing records required by law (7 years)
  • Anonymized usage statistics (no PII)

To request deletion by email: Contact support@woneapp.com with subject "Data Deletion Request β€” [your email]". We will process your request within 30 days.
